What do I eat?
People often ask me what I eat on a daily basis...
My typical answer is "meat and veggies".
Occasionally, I'll have a handful of nuts and I'll add full-fat cheese to my meals for a little extra flavor.
I eat real, whole, minimally processed, fresh foods.
I typically shop the perimeter of the supermarket and I invest in organic produce, grass-fed beef, pastured pork, and free-range chickens/eggs.

As you can see... this isn't what people think of when they think of "diet food" and they're right, because this isn't a diet. This is a lifestyle and just how I eat these days. It's not about restricting calories or measuring portions... it's about eating nutrient-dense food that is naturally satiating and that tastes delicious!
